Copyright policy and DMCA takedown procedure for Easywealth MediaHub.

Easywealth MediaHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material is located on our platform (include URLs).
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Easywealth MediaHub has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our platform and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Content Review & Enforcement
We may review uploads before publishing and remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright or violate platform policies. Failure to provide ownership proof or licenses may result in takedown and account action.
6. Good Faith
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
